Could an old business bankruptcy affect a building insurance quote today?

My partner was director of a firm that went bankrupt over two decades ago. Could this influence his building insurance quote?

I have been trying to get building insurance on a property my partner rents out, and questions have been raised about a previous bankruptcy.

I believe he was a director of a business that went bankrupt over 20 years ago. But he owns property and has no problem getting loans/mortgages/credit cards. HN, London
